These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the NexDrive online store and any purchase you make from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

1. Our store

NexDrive is an online store powered by Shopify. Our products are shipped directly from partner suppliers and warehouses. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order.

2. Products and prices

We work to describe products and show images accurately, but colors and details may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. If we list an item at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or we can't verify your payment. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we never see your full card details.

4. Discount codes

Discount codes apply only as described, can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless stated, and may end at any time.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Using our store

Don't use our store for anything unlawful, try to disrupt or hack it, or copy our content, images or text without permission.

7. Product use

Use products as described and follow any instructions included with them. Car accessories must not block your view, airbags or controls, and you're responsible for following local laws when using them while driving.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NexDrive isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using our store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that can't be overridden.
