Orders and shipping

How much is shipping?
Free on every order, with tracking.

How long will my order take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 10–15 business days in the US, or 15–25 business days elsewhere. Full details are on our Shipping page.

How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Why did my items arrive separately?
Products can ship from different warehouses, so multi-item orders sometimes arrive in more than one package.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. Contact us with your order number.

Returns and refunds

What's your return policy?
30-day returns on unused items. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded for free. See our Returns page.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
