Free shipping on every order
Every NexDrive order ships free, with tracking, no minimum spend.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and ship your order.
- United States: usually 10–15 business days after shipping.
- Other countries: usually 15–25 business days after shipping.
Our products ship directly from our partner warehouses, which is how we keep prices low and shipping free. Delivery can take longer during holidays and peak seasons.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after it's created.
Multiple items
If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the customer.
Address issues
Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before your order ships.
Lost or late packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
